Many surprises could be got at the peak of Widya Kartika University’s (Uwika) Open House 2012 Saturday, November 17. First is a scholarship. To get it, you do not need complicated requirements even the need to win the race first.
Mahariska Devi P, Chairman of the Committee for Open House 2012 Uwika said students who came and registered on the day would receive scholarship for development fund by 50 percent. “So, not only for they who win some competitions held by Uwika but also visitors can get a scholarship,” she said.
Thus, she suggested that the public, especially prospective students, came to the marketing booth that had been prepared by the committee inside Open House location. There, they could get complete information, either related to scholarship or about Uwika in general.
In terms of the show itself, the committee had prepared a variety of lively activities. It started from numbers of courses’ booths, exhibition of innovative product, to some entertaining performances. “The event will also be enlivened by the performance of D’Boogie band which will collaborate with DJ Micky from Istara FM,” she continued.
